摘  要:目的:对本区域宫颈病变的状况进行筛查分析。方法:通过液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检查、阴道镜检查和组织病理学诊断对我院2008年1月~2011年1月宫颈病变筛查患者的临床资料进行统计研究分析。结果:TCT检查8426例,异常TCT627例,其中ASC-US 288例,ASC-H 98例,LSIL 100例,HSIL 132例,SCC 4例,AGC 5例,细胞学阳性病例检出率7.44%(627/8426)。行阴道镜检查及镜下活检543例,病理结果显示:慢性宫颈炎245例(45.12%),CINⅠ81例(14.92%),CINⅡ82例(15.10%),CINⅢ103例(18.97%),宫颈癌21例(3.87%),宫颈湿疣11例(2.03%)。病理学阳性病例检出率为3.54%(298/8426),其中CIN的检出率为3.16%(266/8426)。结论:本区域宫颈病变检出率高,通过TCT技术联合阴道镜检查及镜下病理检查能及时有效地早期发现宫颈上皮内瘤变,对防治宫颈癌有重要意义。Objective:To screening analysis the situations of cervical lesions of local region.Methods:The clinical data of cervical lesion patients selected by liquid based cytology test(TCT),colposcopy and organization pathological diagnosis who were admitted in our hospital from Jan 2008 to Jan 2011 was analyzed and researched with statistical methods.Results:8426 cases were scanned by TCT,of whom abnormal TCT 627 cases,including ASC-US 288 cases,ASC-H 98 cases,LSIL 100 cases,HSIL 132 cases,SCC 4 cases,AGC 5 cases,with the cytology positive rate 7.44%(627/8426).543 cases underwent colposcopy and endoscopic biopsy.Pathology results showed that: 245 cases of chronic cervicitis(45.12%),CIN Ⅰ 81 cases(14.92%),CIN Ⅱ 82 cases(15.10%),CIN Ⅲ 103 cases(18.97%),cervical cancer 21 cases(3.87%),cervical condyloma 11cases(2.03%),with pathology positive detection rate 3.54%(298/8426) and CIN detection rate of 3.16%(266/8426).Conclusion:In this area cervical lesions detection rate was high.The examination of TCT combined colposcopy and histopathology can effectively early detect cervical intraepithelial neoplasias,prevent and cure cervical cancer to have the important meaning.
