摘 要:月球车在月面极端恶劣环境下长时间运行,很难得到维护。预测故障发生后其车轮驱动电机的运行性能对月球车运动控制系统的可靠性研究有重要意义。建立了室温下电机的有限元仿真模型,通过修改材料属性,对月面极限温度下电机性能进行了预测。对正常运行时的模型施加故障条件,仿真了电机带障运行时的电流和电磁转矩波形。与正常运行时进行了比较和分析。仿真结果表明:电机发生故障后,车轮无法自主起动。但在某些故障条件下,电机仍然具备一定的转矩输出能力。实验结果证明室温时模型在额定转速附近具有较好的精度。研究结论为电机的性能预测和故障诊断以及月球车可靠性分析提供了参考。Lunar rovers operated autonomously in the harsh environment of lunar surface for a very long time and any quest for maintenance was difficult. It was significative to predict the performances of wheel driving motor under faulty states for the research on the reliability of kinetic control system in lunar rover. A finite element model of the motor under normal state at room temperature was established. Material properties were modified to accommo-date the ultimate temperatures of lunar surface and the performances were predicted. Diversified fault conditions were imposed on the model to accommodate the faults including converter switch faults, hall sensor signal faults and winding fault. The current and electromagnetic torque waveforms under faulty states at the highest temperature were simulated and compared with those under normal state. Simulation results indicate that the driving wheel with faulty motor may operate with depressed load capacity under some faulty states and could not start up independently. References to the motor's fault diagnosis and performance prediction and reliability analysis for lunar rover are provided.
