摘　　要：我国的产业结构变迁正处于第三次产业升级之中,高职教育与产业界应建立新型的合作关系,整合各自的资源优势,进一步推进产业技术升级。构建课程与方向的弹性动态机制,树立终身学习的理念,做好培训的延伸,通过互聘和互动做到授课和实习无缝对接,建立区域联动的共享与整合机制,争取政府资源及科研资助,进行技术移转和输送高技能人才,对学生进行职业生涯的规划与指导等。The industrial structure changes in China are now in the stage of the third industrial upgrading.New cooperative relationship between higher vocational education and industrial circles should be built and the resource superiority of them should be integrated to further advance industrial technology upgrading.It is also needed to structure flexibility dynamic mechanism for course and direction,set up the lifelong learning idea to go well with the extension of training,achieve the no-slot joint between school teaching and exercitation through employing each other and interaction,establish the sharing and integration mechanism of region linkage,strive for governmental resources and research funds,transfer the technology and transport the high-skilled personnel,plan career for the students and guide them.
