摘　　要：商科人才培养对经济社会的发展具有十分重要的意义,高等商科院校应当把培养"懂经济、能创业、善经营、会管理",从事现代微观经济活动的复合型、应用型高素质人才作为高等商科院校人才培养目标,发挥高等商科院校商科专业教育资源优势,承续我国源远流长的商业文化,弘扬艰苦创业、诚信经营等商业精神,不断提升大学生的创业资源禀赋。Cultivation of commercial talents has the extremely important significance for economic and social development.Therefore,it should be an important talent training goal for higher commercial schools to cultivate the compound and practical high-quality talents who know economy,are good at doing pioneering work,understand management and good operation and who can be engaged in modern microscopic economic activities.Meanwhile,the education resource advantages of commercial specialty in higher commercial schools should be fully played,long standing commercial culture should be inherited,the commercialism of arduous efforts and honest operation should be carried forward and the entrepreneurial resource endowment of the college students should be improved increasingly.
