摘 要:提出了一种风光互补发电系统中阀控蓄电池组智能监测系统,针对发电机系统的电磁干扰,采用复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)作为主控器件。数据采集设计了模块化的分时采集方式,数据处理采用了改进的二次中值滤波算法,实现了以EPM7128SLC84为控制核心的系统硬件设计,给出了CPLD内部模块设计和部分模块的时序仿真。试验结果表明,蓄电池智能监控器具有较强抗干扰能力和适应多种电池组功率配置。Presents a valve regulated battery monitor system in wind and solar photovoltaic generation. The design uses a complex programmable logic device (CPLD) as a control device to improve the interference in generator application environment. The data acquisition uses modular and time division acquisition mode. Data processing using an improved two-time median filtering algorithm. System hardware design is implemented by using EPM7128SLC84 as a core controller and the CPLD module design and part of the internal module timing simulation are given in this paper. The real vehicle test results in a pure electric vehicle center show that the intelligent car battery monitor has ability of anti-interference and adapts to a variety of battery configurations.
