摘　　要：目的观察调强适形放射治疗（IMRT）对复发恶性胶质瘤的疗效。方法放射治疗采用IMRT技术。记录肿瘤缩退情况、患者生存情况及不良反应。结果总有效率第3个月为12％，第6个月为24％，第9个月为24％。中位总生存时间为10个月，中位无进展生存时间为5个月。无严重的不良反应。结论IMRT技术治疗复发恶性胶质瘤有较好的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of intesity modulated radiaotherapy（IMRT） on pa- tients with recurrent malignant gliomas. Methods Patients were re-irradiated with IMRT. Tumor regres- sion, survival time and side effecive were recorded. Results The 3, 6, 9-month total response rates were 12%, 24%, 24%, respectively. The median survival time was 10 months, the median progression- free survival time was 5 months. No adverse reactions occured. Conclusions IMRT is effective for re- current malignant gliomas.
