摘　　要：多Agent技术是分布式人工智能及计算机科学领域的研究热点,将此技术应用于高新技术企业间的专利协同管理,给出该模式的系统架构、主要内容以及各类Agent间的消息通信机制,并引入全局管理Agent和调解Agent,使各类Agent进行合作,以实现全局性的协同目标。最后对海尔集团进行了实证研究,结果表明,该模式可以应用于我国家电行业高新技术企业,同时也期望能够为其他行业高新技术企业间实现专利协同管理提供可借鉴的技术理论。Multi-agent technology is the hot spot of distributed artificial intelligence and computer science domain, this article attempts to apply it into the patent collaborative management between high-tech enterprises. The model of the system architecture is proposed, and the main content of which is also provided, then this paper gives the message communication mechanism between various types of agents, and introduces global management agent and mediate agent so that all kinds of agents can cooperate to achieve global cooperative target. Specifically, this pa- per takes the Haier group as an empirical study, the result shows that the model can be applied to China＇s high-tech enterprises in the household electrical appliance industry, which also provides a reference technical theo- ry for other types of high-tech enterprises.
