西部地区高校高水平运动队的管理与运作研究

摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查,访谈法等研究方法,对我国西部地区高校高水平运动队现状进行抽样调查,对我国西部地区高校高水平运动队现行管理体制和存在的问题进行分析研究。提出西部地区高校高水平运动队选材和训练一体化的建议,提出进行目标管理体制尝试的改革设想及走向社会、争取半商业化运作的一些建议。Through using the method of literature review and interview, this paper makes sample investigation on high level sports team in western region of China, analyzes the current management system and existing problems, puts forward the suggestions of college high level sports team talent selection and training integration, and the ob- jectives of the management system reform and attempt to society, provide the some recommendations for half of commercial operation.
