摘　　要：随着我国教育改革的深化和实施,加强对体育教学目标的研究,成为提升学校体育教学质量的重要途径。构建学校体育课程目标的优化体系,实现学校体育课程价值的最大化,促进学生身心的和谐发展,是当前学校体育课程教学中要重视的问题。本文从教育创新的角度出发,对学校体育教学目标的优化策略进行了研究,旨在为提升我国体育教学效果做理论参考。With the deepening of China＇s education reform and implementation, to strengthen the teaching objec- tives of the study become the important way to improve the school physical education quality. Constructing school physical education curriculum goal optimization system, achieving the maximization of the value of school physical education curriculum, promoting the harmonious development of students＇ physical and mental is the important is- sue in school physical education teaching. This paper, from the perspective of educational innovation, objectives of physical education in schools, studied optimization strategy designed to enhance the teaching of sports to do the- oretical reference.
