摘　　要：目的评价Valleylab FROCETRIADTM能量平台(FROCETRIADTM Energy Platform,FRP)在胃癌根治术中的应用价值。方法 2009年5月至2011年12月河南省肿瘤医院200例胃癌手术患者随机分为FRP手术组和采用传统电刀手术组,对照两组患者手术时间、出血量、淋巴结清扫个数、术后腹腔总引流量、术后并发症发生率、住院时间和住院费用等,探讨FRP在进行胃癌根治术中的优势。结果观察组手术时间、出血量、术后腹腔总引流量等与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义;而淋巴结清扫个数、术后并发症发生率、住院时间和住院费用与常规手术组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论运用FRP进行胃癌根治术中是安全的有效的方法,可减少手术创伤,加速患者恢复,且更加符合肿瘤根治原则。Objective To evaluate the value of Valleylab FROCETRIADTM Energy Platform（FRP） in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods The data of 200 patients who received radical gastrectomy from May 2009 to Dec 2011 in general surgery of Henan Tumor Hospital were studied.The Patients were randomly divided into two groups： test group using FRP and control group using electrical surgery unit.The operation time,the bleeding volume,number of lymph node dissection,volume of postoperative abdominal drainage,postoperative complication,hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of the two groups were compared.Results The differences of the operation time,the bleeding volume and postoperative abdominal drainage were significant.while,the differences of number of lymph node dissection,complication,hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses were no significant.Conclusions Using FRP in radical gastrectomy was safe and effective,Which can reduce surgical trauma,accelerate the patient restore,and more in line with the principle of tumor resection.
