承山联合长强穴注射亚甲蓝在肛肠病术后镇痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察承山联合长强穴注射亚甲蓝对肛肠病术后患者的镇痛效果。方法将60例肛肠病术后患者随机分成两组。治疗组30例,肛肠病术后应用承山联合长强穴注射亚甲蓝镇痛,对照组30例,口服氯诺昔康片,比较两组的镇痛效果。结果术后第2天治疗组无痛为25例,对照组为5例,两组疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论在肛肠病术后行承山联合长强穴注射亚甲蓝,有明显的止痛效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of analgesia of postoperative injection of methylene blue into chengshan and long strong points in patients undergoing anorectal surgery. Methods Sixty patients undergoing anorectal surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group（30 cases） received postoperative chengs- ban and long strong points＇ injection of methylene blue. Control group （30 cases） received oral lornoxicam tablet. Re- sults On the second day treatment painless was found in 25 cases in treatment group, while 3 cases in control group, the statistical difference between two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Postoperative injection of methylene blue into chengshan and long strong points in the patients undergoing anorectal surgery has a significant analgesic effect.
