摘　　要：《伤寒论》[1]阳明病篇中论述下法的内容全面详实,文章主要是结合《伤寒论》当中的相关条文对承气汤方的应用规律和组方法则进行深入的分析,通过临床实践结合具体情况灵活辨证,从而验证《伤寒论》阳明病相关内容的治则治法理论在临床实践,特别是慢性肾脏病的治疗上具有较高的指导意义。Treatise on Febrile Diseases article discusses Xiafa in the chapter of Yangming disease of comprehensive detailed content,this paper is mainly based on the Treatise on Febrile Diseases relevant provisions of the application of Chengqi Decoction acquisitioned rules and formula,through the clinical practice with specific situation flexible dialectical method,which testified Treatise on Febrile Diseases is associated content of the attribution of therapeutic treatment theory in clinical practice,especially in the treatment of chronic kidney disease（CKD）.
