良性前列腺增生中医证型和用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:对2001年12月——2011年12月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)收集的中医药治疗良性前列腺增生文献,通过频度分析归纳总结证候和用药特点,以探析该病的中医辨证论治规律。方法:对符合选择标准的文献的用药、证型进行整理归类,采用SPSS18.0统计软件进行统计分析,观察各药物、证型引用频次和频率。结果:涉及证型13个,以肾阳衰微、肾虚血瘀、肺热壅盛、中气下陷为常见证型,占53.58%,证候组成要素有7个,其中实证占44.64%,虚证占55.36%。用药134味,按功能归为30类,前5位依次为补阳药、破血消症药、补气药、补阴药、清热泻火药使用频率占47.65%;使用超过100次的单味中药有10味,淫羊藿位于首位,其后依次是莪术、甘草、鳖甲、夏枯草、乌药、茯苓、车前草、郁金、牡丹皮等,为最常用的BPH治疗用药,药物归经以肾、肺、脾居多,占到所有药物归经的66.05%。结论:近10年中医对良性前列腺增生的辨证分型、遣方用药临床证治规律分析可为目前该病的辨证论治提供参考。Objective：To explore the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasis（BPH）through analysis on frequency of its syndrome and prescription collected on CNKI from December 2001 to December 2011.Methods：The syndromes types,prescriptions and medicines appeared in the selected literature were normalized,classified,and analyzed according to the frequency emergence.Results：There were 13 types of syndromes in which kidney Yang deficiency,stagnation from kidney-qi deficency,lung-heat predominance and stomach qi sinking were most frequent syndromes,totally 58.68%.There were 7 elements of syndromes with excess pathogenesis 44.64% and deficiency syndromes 55.36%.There were totally 134 kinds of medicine with 30 kinds of function classification categories in which first frequency was tonifying Yang herbs,followed by activating blood circulation and removing stagnation,tonifying Qi,tonifying Yin and clearing heat and purgation of fire herbs,total frequency of them was 47.65%.Barrenwort was first in all used medicine.Conclusion：The clinical study results in syndrome differentiation,prescription and medicine selection of BPH in last 10 years may provide the useful references for the syndromes differentiation and treatment of this disease at present.
