摘　　要：朱章志教授通过长期临床实践,在糖尿病治疗方面形成了一套独特的理论,创新性的提出以"神、形、纳、眠、便"判断疗效,即以患者的精神状态、形体、饮食、睡眠及二便等症状作为糖尿病治疗效果的判断标准。人体的"神、形、纳、眠、便"是在人体正气的推动下才能够正常,"神、形、纳、眠、便"出现异常,实际上是反应了人体正气的虚弱,因而可以用来评价人体的正气是否正常,这一方法在临床上具有很强的实用性,以此作为指导,取得了广大患者的认可。A unique theory of evaluate the treatment effectiveness of diabetes mellitus form ＂the spirit,the body,the appetite,the sleep and the defecation＂is devised by professor ZHU Zhang-zhi,which comes form his long clinical experince.The spirit,the body,the appetite,the sleep and the defecation are promoted by the vital Qi of the body,the abnormity of them reflect the weak of the vital Qi.So we can use ＂the spirit,the body the appetite,the sleep and the defecation＂to evaluate the normal or abnormal of the vital Qi.This high utility-theory is widely confirmed by the patients.
