管状胃联合机械吻合治疗对食管癌患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨管状胃联合机械吻合治疗对食管癌患者生活质量的影响。方法70例食管癌患者均行手术治疗，术中采用管状胃联合机械吻合。术后随访6个月，评价生活质量。结果手术时间平均120min，术中出血量平均291．3ml。手术后6个月患者在情感、活动、睡眠和进食方面较手术前有明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论管状胃联合机械吻合治疗食管癌可以明显改善患者的生活质量。Objective To study the influence of the operation through tubular stomach plus mechanical anastomosis on the life quality of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Seventy patients with esophageal cancer were treated by operation, tubular stomach plus mechanical anastomosis were used. They were followed up for six months. The quality of life was evaluated. Results The average time for the operation was 120 min and the average amount of bleeding was 291.3ml. Compared with before surgery, there was significant difference in emotion, activity, sleep and diet （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The operation through tubular stomach plus mechanical anastomosis could significantly improve the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.
