摘　　要：为促进人体工作疲劳社会管理机制的发展,预防工作中由于疲劳带来的各种经济损失,有必要对人体工作疲劳程度进行定量评价。首先采用熵值法、因子分析法和综合指数法对从调查问卷和实验中得到的4项疲劳指标进行综合评价,然后利用改进的模糊Borda法对以上3种综合评价方法得到的结果进行组合评价,最后对得出的结果进行聚类分析。企业可以依据聚类分析的结果对员工工作任务、工作激励或工作条件等进行改善,以降低疲劳程度。In order to improve the social management on the human working fatigue, and reduce the economic loss due to the working fa- tigue, it is necessary to make a quantitative evaluation of the human working fatigue. First based on the combination of the entropy method, the factor analysis method and the comprehensive index method, four fatigue indexes are evaluated from the questionnaires and the experiments. Second, by using the improved fuzzy Borda method, the combination evaluation of the results is made for the above three comprehensive evaluation methods. Finally, the cluster analysis is made based on the results of the improved fuzzy Borda method. The enterprise could adjust its working tasks, incentive measures and working conditions in order to reduce the working fatigue.
