开窗负压吸引减压术治疗下颌骨大型囊性病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价开窗负压吸引减压术治疗下颌骨大型囊性病变的疗效。方法:分析应用负压吸引减压术治疗的21例下颌骨大型囊性病变病例,测量术前、后囊腔容积和曲面断层片病变面积。结果:通过曲面断层片中观察发现囊肿腔内骨密度增高,有不同程度的新骨形成,囊腔体积明显变小。结论:开窗负压吸引减压术是治疗下颌骨大型囊性病变的一种有效方法。Objective：To value the effect of decompression of suction drainage on large mandibular cystic lesions. Meth- ods ：21 cases of large mandibular cystic lesions were performed decompression of suction drainage ;the volume of the cavi- ty and area of the cyst on a panoramic radiograph were measured preoperatively and postoperatively. Results ： Observed from orth -panotomograph the density of bone increased significantly, with new bone formation and decreasing of the vul- eancity of cysts. Conclusion：Decompression of suction drainage is an effective method to large mandibular cystic lesions.
