侧脑室注射牛磺酸对脑内生长抑素含量的影响

摘　　要：目的和方法 :利用放射免疫分析技术 ,测定侧脑室注射不同浓度牛磺酸后 10min、30min等不同时间内 ,大鼠部分脑区及血浆生长抑素含量的变化。结果 :①侧脑室注射牛磺酸 40 g/L 5 μl10min后 ,垂体、下丘脑及桥延部生长抑素含量明显增加 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ;30min后 ,垂体、桥延部生长抑素含量恢复正常 ;②侧脑室注射 40 0 g/L5 μl牛磺酸后 ,下丘脑生长抑素含量较对照组升高 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,而垂体、桥延部含量无明显变化 ;③侧脑室注射牛磺酸后 ,血浆生长抑素含量无明显变化。结论Aim and Methods:The effect of lateral ventricular injection of taurine on the contents of somatostatin (SS) in some brain areas and plasma were studied by means of radioimmunoassay.Results:The contents of SS in gypophysis,hypothalamus and pontomedullary areas were significantly increased 10 min after 40g/L 5 μl sultaurine injection :and 30 min after the injection,the contents of SS in hypophysis and pontomedullary return to normal. The contents of SS in hypothalamus were significantly increased by 400 g/L5 μl sultaurine injection:it has no change in hypophysis and pontomedullary. The contents of SS in plasma has no change after taurine lateral ventricular injection. Conclusion:The results indicated that low level of taurine can modulate the contents of SS in central nervous system.
