微板法在植酸酶活测定过程中的应用

摘　　要：在丙酮法测磷的基础上 ,在酶活测定时引入微板法。微板法是源于酶联免疫测定的一种新方法 ,用其进行植酸酶活测定时 ,可以大大提高工作效率 ,降低实验成本。并可减少测定过程中的人为误差。On the basis of acetone phosphomolybdate method to detect phosphorus, the microplate method was developed for the determination of activity units of phytase. This method was a new one originated from ELISA. The microplate method could made the determination of activity units of phytase more efficient、economical and accurate.
