摘　　要：学术伦理应当是科学界或学术界的职业道德规范,但学术伦理并不总是体现为成文规范或行为准则,它更普遍地存在于学者的自觉行为之中,学术伦理是学者的内在品质。学术伦理的养成几乎与学者身份的确立同步。学术伦理的重建有赖于学术精神的复兴和学者制度的改造。Academic ethics should be the code of ethics in scientific or academic communities. However, ethics are not always reflected in the academic standards or codes of conduct in writing. It is more generally present in the conscious behavior among academics and scholars. Academic ethics are the inherent quality of the scholars. The cultivation of academic ethics almost simultaneously happens with the establishment of the scholarly identity. The reconstruction of academic ethics depends on the rehabilitation and reconstruction of academic spirit and scholar system.
