高校对大学生网络创业的培育措施

摘　　要：当前大学生网络创业主要靠少数学生的自我摸索,存在盲目性。针对影响学生网络创业的关键因素,探析高校出台扶持政策、搭建培育平台、资助启动基金和导师介入指导等培育措施,有助于将学生个人创业行为转变为有规划、有模式、有帮扶的组织行为,提高网络创业成功率。The present difficulty of undergraduate network pioneering are great. In this paper, several measures were mentioned and discussed, including issued supporting policies, building training platforms, providing startup fund and teacher＇s guiding. These measures will be helpful for changing the individual behavior of student pioneering into organizational behavior characterized by good plan, model and help, and then improving the successful rate of student pioneering.
