摘  要:用0、25、50、75、100mg/L 5种不同质量浓度的水杨酸(SA)浸种青稞种子,并以250mmol/L NaCl进行胁迫处理,研究SA对NaCl胁迫下青稞种子活力及抗盐性的影响。结果表明,在NaCl胁迫下青稞种子的萌发和幼苗生长都受到了抑制。质量浓度为25mg/L和50mg/L SA浸种能抑制NaCl胁迫下青稞种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、植株鲜质量、地上干质量、根干质量的下降,分别比未用SA处理组高出48.00%和28.00%、55.00%和25.00%、60.52%和35.42%、105.56%和45.20%、28.03%和7.22%、63.46%和21.15%、39.29%和10.71%,减轻了NaCl胁迫对青稞幼苗株高和根长及根数的不利影响。更高质量浓度的SA则不同程度增加了NaCl对青稞种子萌发的抑制作用。因此,适宜质量浓度的SA能够减轻NaCl胁迫对青稞种子萌发的伤害,提高在NaCl胁迫下青稞种子的萌发活力,以25mg/L SA浸种效果最好。The seeds of hulless barley were presoaked with 5 different concentrations(0,25,50,75,100 mg/L) of salicylic acid(SA) for 12 h at 25 ℃,and then soaked in 250 mmol/L NaCl,aiming at studying the effects of salicylic acid on seed vigor and salt resistance of hulless barley.The results showed that NaCl stress decreased the seed germination and inhibited the seedling growth.25 mg/L and 50 mg/L SA presoaking could inhibit the decrease of seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,plant fresh weight,shoot dry weight,root dry weight of hulless barley,which were 48.00% and 28.00%,55.00% and 25.00%,60.52% and 35.42%,105.56% and 45.20%,28.03% and 7.22%,63.46% and 21.15%,39.29% and 10.71% higher than CK,respectively,and also alleviated the harmful effect of NaCl stress on plant height,root length and numbers.Higher SA could increase the inhibitory action of NaCl stress on the seed germination of hulless barley.This suggested that the suitable concentration of SA(25 mg/L in this study) could reduce the injury effect of NaCl stress on seed germination and enhance the seed germination activity of hulless barley under NaCl stress.
