摘 要:适能与健康教育应是目前高校体育关注的重点,但高校体育基本是以单项或多项竞技运动项目为主导的课程,忽视了对学生进行与健康相关联的适能内容的教育,难以达到培养终身锻炼的目的。因此,我们需要发展新的课程模式,增加更多以个体为导向、知识为基础的体育课程。本研究是以行为理论作为学习的依据,探讨运动教育与适能教育的交互组合课程模式,以进一步激发学生参加课堂和课外活动的动机,促进其形成终身体育锻炼的意识和能力。Fitness education is on current center stage of physical education in higher education, but a typical physical education class often focuses on team sports ignoring of teaching students the knowledge on health and hardly achieving the target of lifelong physical activity. The solution to this dilemma is to create a new effective curriculum model, including more individual -oriented, cognitive -based classes such as personal fitness. The purpose of this paper was to design an integrated curriculum of sport education and fitness education in terms of behavioral theory as foundation of learning. It is greatly likely that the curriculum will further motivate students to participate in physi- cal education in and out of class and promote to form the lifelong physical activity styles.
