摘　　要：科斯的经典论文《企业的性质》开创性地从交易成本的角度探讨了企业与市场的替代问题。文中没有考虑到企业与市场的过渡与融合,对交易选择在市场或企业中进行的原因、市场与企业的规模、市场与企业机制的失灵等问题分析得也不够透彻。结合该文,笔者提出了许多感想。＂The nature of the firm＂ by Ronald Coase mainly discussed the substitution between firm and market from the view of transaction cost. This paper didn＇t fully take into account the transition and fusion between firm and market, the reason of choosing to deal in the market or firm, the size of market and firm, the mechanism ineffectiveness of market and firm. Combined with this paper, I put forward much feeling.
