脑微出血与年龄的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑微出血与年龄的相关性。方法收集了576例受检者。首先将受检者分为6个组,小于69岁的每10岁一个年龄组,﹥70岁者为一组。所有病例均行常规MR序列及磁敏感成像序列扫描。根据脑内有无微出血分为有脑微出血组和无脑微出血组。统计微出血的例数和出血灶的部位。用SPSS13.0软件包分析。结果 576例受检者脑微出血发生率20.7%。脑微出血组平均年龄为62.92±12.93岁,无脑微出血组平均年龄为55.67±14.52岁,两组有统计学差异(P=0.000)。各年龄组脑微出血发生率有统计学差异(P=0.000)。各年龄组的脑微出血的发生部位有统计学差异(P=0.005、0.002、0.049),61～70岁CMBs在皮层-皮层下区、基底节丘脑区发生的比例最大,70岁以上在幕下区发生的比例最大。Logistic危险因素分析显示脑微出血与年龄呈正相关(P=0.000,OR=2.078)。结论脑微出血组的平均年龄高于无脑微出血组,且随年龄的增大发生率提高,老龄是发生CMBs的重要危险因素。61～70岁人群脑微出血好发于基底节丘脑区和皮层-皮层下区,70岁以上的人群脑微出血好发于幕下区。Objective： To evaluate the dependability between the cerebral microbleeds（CMBs） and the age.Methods： 576 samples were divided into CMBs group and non-CMBs group,and then divided into 6 age groups by 10 years in less than 69,and one age group above 70.These samples were examined by using conventional MR and susceptibility-weighted imaging sequences to record the cases of the patients with CMBs and the distribution of CMBs.Results： The incidence of CMBs of 576 cases was 20.7%.The mean ages of the CMBs group and non CMBs group were 62.92±12.939Y,55.67±14.525Y.The difference had statistical significance（P=0.000）.The CMBs incidence of the different age groups were different and the differences had statistical significance（P=0.005,0.002,0.049）.The age group of 61-70 had a higher ratio than that of any other groups in the cortical subcortical area and basal ganglia thalamus area.The age group of above 70 had a higher ratio than that of any other groups in the infratentional area.Logistic Regression analysis revealed the CMBs and the age had dependability（P=0.000,OR=2.078）.Conclusion： The mean age of the CMBs group was higher than that of the non CMBs group.And the rate of CMBs also increased with age.The CMBs usually occurred in the cortical subcortical area and basal ganglia thalamus area in the 61~70 age group.The CMBs usually occurred in the infratentional area of above 70.Age is a risk factor of CMBs occurrance.
