摘 要:为了摸清沿河县地方特色李子品种空心李采后品质及生理变化特点,促进地方特色产品产业化发展进程,对沿河沙子空心李采后果实主要品质指标和生理代谢指标进行测定分析。结果表明:空心李采后果实品质指标总体呈下降趋势,VC含量和果实硬度是空心李采后品质变化的显著指标,其中,采后第7天,果实硬度比第1天低22.46%;VC含量在采后第4天降至最低(0.39mg/100g),仅为第1天含量(1.42mg/100g)的27.46%。采后果实乙烯含量变化呈单峰呼吸跃变型,其呼吸强度滞后于乙烯的变化。The principal quality and physiological indexes of P.salicina fruit in Yanhe County were detected to understand the characteristics of the quality and physiological changes of postharvested P.salicina,and promote the industrial development of local characteristic products.The results showed that there was a downward trend generally on the postharvested fruit quality,Vc content and fruit firmness were two indexes that changed significantly.The fruit firmness of P.salicina seven days after harvested was lower than P.salicina one day after harvested by 22.46%.The VC content decreased to the lowest value(0.39 mg/100 g) four days postharvested,only 27.46% of that one day postharvested.The P.salicina fruit was a respiration climacteric fruit with single peak curve.Meanwhile,the variation of respiration rate lagged behind that of ethylene content in P.salicina fruit.
