六亚甲基双乙酰胺诱导人胃癌细胞分化时染色体改变的研究

摘　　要：癌的分化治疗是基于癌细胞逆转理论的治疗方法。在具有诱导活性的一系列平面极性化合物中,以六亚甲基双乙酞胺(HMBA)的活性为最高。Hexamethylene bisacetamide (HMBA) is a potent inducer in the plannar polar-compounds for cell differentiation. SGC-7901 was cultured in vitro with 5 mM HMBAfor 120 hours.The chromosome and G-banding karyotype were studied. The chromosomenumber and aberrant rate decreased (P<0.01). Marker chromosomes were observed.The results indicated that HMBA could induced differentiation of SGC-7901 invitro.
