人白细胞介素2(IL-2)对小鼠移植性Louis肺癌抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：用特异抗原和植物凝集素刺激的T辅助淋巴细胞和用植物凝集素刺激的NK细胞能释放淋巴因子,其中的一种是IL-2。在IL-2存在时,体外培养入的外周血淋巴细胞或小鼠脾淋巴细胞能导致产生具有溶解各种新鲜或培养的肿瘤细胞群称为淋巴因子活化的杀伤细胞(LAK)。Inhibition of Louis lung cancer cell growth in mice was demonstrated by means ofadoptive transfer of Louis cancer cell primed splenic lymphocytes plus daily sub-cutaneous injection of human IL-2 (30U/mouse). But neither of these two factors willgive a positive result alone. Human IL-2 also showed a similar inhibitory effect inincorporation with lymphokine-activated killer(LAK)cells.The joint effect was relatedapparently to the direct in vivo contact of IL-2 and lymphocytes. And this specifictumor inhibiting activity seems to be kept in memory by the IL-2 activated lympho-cytes for a certain time as compared with the control experiment.
