摘 要:运用GIS技术,把海南省区域水环境功能区划图、水质目标图与海南省航运规划布局图等相叠加,将受内河航运规划影响的河流划分为高、中、低三类敏感度水体,进而分析海南省内河航运建设规划实施对水环境的影响途径与范围,以及具体航运工程对上述三类敏感度水体的影响程度,提出了航运工程实施对水源地和其他敏感水环境的保护开发措施。In this paper,the graph overlay method was used.The water function zoning map,regional water environmental function zoning map and water quality target map were added to Hainan inland water transport planning in GIS to analyze the sensitivity of the rivers which the transport planning related.According to the sensitivity analysis,those rivers were classified into three grades:high sensitive class,middle sensitive class and low sensitive class.According to the sensitivity of water bodies,the way of influence and scope of Hainan transport planning and the influence degree of specific shipping engineering on the above-mentioned water bodies were analyzed.Meantime,the measures of protection and exploitation of water source region and other sensitive water bodies were proposed.
