摘　　要：为了将实验课程内容打造得丰富而有趣,让学生全面深入地掌握一门实验技术,培养扎实的科研精神和科学素养,在遗传学实验教学中构建项目式教学体系,通过有效地实行实验过程管理、指导教师合理地变换角色、优化课程考核方式,取得了良好的教学效果,为实现"教育为学生提升价值,教育为社会创造价值"的理念迈出坚实的一步。In order to make the experimental course be rich and fascinating in content,let the students master the skills of experiments comprehensive in-depth and develop a solid scientific spirit and scientific literacy,the project-based teaching system was constructed in the course of genetics experiments.Through the effective management of the implementation of the experiments,the teachers reasonably transforming roles and optimizating course evaluation methods,the teaching has achieved good results.The idea of ＂the education promotes the value for the student,the education creates the value for the society＂ is promoted forward.
