摘　　要：针对多学科的综合性实践教学的现状,结合"能源动力工程及装备"的特色,提出建设学科交融式的创新实践教学体系,并在能源动力工程及装备综合实验室的建设和资源整合、学科交融式创新实践课程建设、创新实践队伍建设等方面进行了探索与实践,取得了一定成绩。School of Power and Mechanical Engineering in Wuhan University is a multidisciplinary comprehensive engineering institute.Aiming at the current situation and the problems in the teaching practice,the construction of subject blend-innovation practice teaching system combined with the feature of ＂Energy Power Engineering and Equipment＂is put forward.The exploration and practice in the laboratory construction and resource integration of Energy Power Engineering and Equipment Complex Laboratory,innovation practice course and team construction are carried on and some achievements are obtained.
