摘 要:非均匀校正是降低CMOS图像传感器固定模式噪声的有效方法。对面阵CMOS图像传感器的光响应特性测试表明其响应是非线性的。对非线性CMOS图像传感器分别进行两点校正、分段线性校正和多项式拟合校正。利用响应非均匀性(PRNU)作为校正效果的评价指标,对每种方法在整个光响应范围内的校正效果进行整体评估,对影响每种方法校正效果的因素进行总结。最后将每种方法中的最优处理情况选择出来,从PRNU指标、校正处理后的图像、参数获取时间、校正处理时间、校正参数存储空间等几个方面进行分析比较,最终判定二阶多项式拟合校正是最佳的处理方法。Nonuniformity correction can effectively decrease the fixed pattern noise. Tests show that the optical response properties of area CMOS image sensor are nonlinearity. Two-point correction, linear correction in subsection and polynomial fitting correction were executed. Choosing PRNU on the whole optical response range as the appraisal parameter, the correction effect was estimated and the impact factors were described for every method. The best correction instance in every method was selected. The PRNU parameter, corrected image, coefficient computing time, correction time and coefficient memory size were analyzed and compared. The results show that the quadratic polynomial fitting correction is the best correction method.
