摘　　要：郁证是中医临床常见病证之一。"郁"在中医文献中不但是一个病证概念,更重要地是一个病机概念;中医的郁证既与现代医学的抑郁症有相类之处,但中医郁证的内涵要更为宽泛;七情所伤虽是郁证发病重要因素,但脏腑虚弱才是郁证的发病基础;郁证的诊断虽不困难,但临床治疗却困难不少,移情易性是治疗成功的重要保证。Depressed syndrome is one of the common diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Yu, meaning gloomy, is not only a syndrome concept, but also an important pathogenesis concept. Depressed syndrome, that is also Yu in traditional Chinese medicine, is similar to depressive disorder in modem medicine, but depressed syndrome in TCM has more abundant and general connotation. Although seven -emotions damage is the important factor in the onset of depressed syndrome, the weak entrails is the onset foundation of depressed syndrome. To diagnose depressed syndrome is not difficult, but to cure it is very difficult in clinic. Empathy is the important guarantee for successful treatment.
