摘  要:大豆生育期内降水量对大豆产量和品质形成起至关重要作用,研究探讨大豆生育期降水量对大豆籽粒蛋白质含量生态效应的影响,对提高大豆产量、改善大豆品质具有重要意义。结果表明,5、6、7和9月份的降水量对大豆蛋白质含量形成起重要作用。不同品质类型大豆品种蛋白质含量与7月份降水量均呈正相关,以高油类型品种表现更为明显。针对研究结果,在大豆生育期,采取适当栽培技术与措施,及时改变与改善大豆生育期的供水情况,对提高黑龙江主产区大豆蛋白品质有积极作用。Precipitation during the growing period plays an important role in formation of soybean yield and quality.This study discussed the effects of precipitation during the growing period on protein content of soybean.The results showed that the precipitation on May,June,July and September affected on the protein content of soybean.There was a positive correlation between the protein content of different quality type soybean varieties and July precipitation,and high oil type varieties were more apparent.For this study,in the soybean growth period,it had a positive effect to take appropriate cultivation techniques and measures to promptly change and improve the water supply in the main production areas of Heilongjiang for improving soybean protein quality.
