摘　　要：SphK1 mRNA水平采用半定量RT-PCR检测;SphK1蛋白表达水平采用Western blot测定。研究双歧杆菌脂磷壁酸(LTA)对胃癌SGC7901细胞内鞘氨醇激酶1(SphK1)基因和蛋白表达的影响。结果表明,经200、500μg.mL-1LTA处理72 h后,SGC7901细胞内SphK1 mRNA和蛋白表达水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,双歧杆菌LTA能下调胃癌SGC7901细胞内SphK1 mRNA和蛋白表达。This work was conducted to investigate the effect of LTA on the expression of SphK1 in SGC7901 human gastric cancer cell.SphK1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR and expression level of SphK1 protein was examined by western blotting.The results showed that both the mRNA and protein expression of SphK1 were lower than that of the control（P0.05） after treatment with 200 and 500 μg.mL-1 LTA for 72 h.The results showed that LTA from Bifidobacterium could down-regulate the mRNA and protein expression of SphK1.
