摘　　要：目的:探讨经下睑结膜入路手术治疗陈旧性眶底骨折的治疗效果。方法:陈旧性眶底骨折经结膜切口入路,用网状眶底接骨钛板眶底重建。结果:8位患者的眼球内陷和眼球运动障碍都得到纠正,除2例术后早期有结膜水肿,经治疗后消退外,8例术后切口均恢复良好,没有瘢痕遗留,疗效满意。结论:睑结膜入路提供了足够的手术视野,术后不留瘢痕,美观效果好,并发症较少,特别是对美观要求较高的患者,是处理陈旧性眶底骨折的有效方法之一,值得推广。Objective： To assess the treatment results of the transconjunctival approach for the reduction of old orbital floor fractures. Methods： 8 patients with old orbital floor fractures were operated by using a transconjunctival approach under general anesthesia. The fractured orbital floor was reconstructed with orbital floor titanium mesh plate in all cases. Results： All patients with enophthalmos were restored into normal position. Eyeball movement disorders were recovered satisfactorily. 2 cases of conjunctival chemosis appeared early postoperation and subsided after management. Conclusion： The transconjunctival approach provides access to orbital floor and has no visible scar. It gives a good aesthetic result. Complications of this surgical approach to the orbital are known to be rare.
