针刺配合拔罐治疗落枕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合拔罐治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法将64例落枕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。治疗组采用针刺配合局部拔罐治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,比较两组治疗后12 h、24 h、48 h的临床疗效。结果治疗组在治疗后12 h、24 h总有效率均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合拔罐是一种治疗落枕的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus cupping in treating stiff neck. Method Sixty-four patients with stiff neck were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 32 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus cupping at local area, and the control group was by medication. The two groups were compared with each other in clinical efficacy in 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h after treatment. Result The treatment group was superior to the control in comparing the total effective rate in 12 h and 24 h after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus cupping is an effective approach in treating stiffneck.
