摘　　要：原癌基因Pim-1定位在第6号染色体长臂上(6p21.1～p21.31),其表达产物Pim-1蛋白激酶具有丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶活性。Pim-1可抑制细胞凋亡,与肿瘤的发生密切相关。在某些恶性肿瘤中存在Pim-1高表达,虽然Pim激酶家族在细胞增殖、分化、存活方面发挥重要作用,但要阐明Pim-1表达与肿瘤发生的相关性仍需进一步深入研究。Proto-oncogene Pim-1 locates in the long arm of chromosome No.6（6p21.1-p21.31）,Pim-1 protein kinase has serine/threonine protein kinase activity.Pim-1 may inhibit apoptosis,and is closely related with tumorigenesis.It is reported that Pim-1 is highly expressed in some malignant tumors.Pim kinase family plays a crucial role in cell proliferation,differentiation and survival,however,further research is still needed to clarify the correlation between Pim-1 expression and tumorigenesis.
