摘　　要：牙本质过敏症在我国人群中很常见,主要表现为刺激痛,当刷牙,吃硬物,酸、甜、冷、热等刺激时发生酸痛,尤其对机械刺激最为敏感。根据牙本质过敏症的发病机制对过敏的有效治疗是必须封闭牙本质小管,即减少或避免牙髓神经的兴奋,避免疼痛产生。现从氟化物、树脂类脱敏剂、生物玻璃、锶盐、钾盐、激光六个方面介绍牙本质过敏症的常用治疗方法。Dentin hypersensitivity is very common in China.It is mainly manifested as stimulus pain.Tooth aching symptom is produced by external stimulation,such as brushing teeth,bitting hard things,sour,sweet,cold and heat,especially the mechanical stimulation.According to the pathogenesis of dentin hypersensitivity,the effective treatment must include sealing dentinal tubule,i.e.reducing or avoiding the excitement of the pulp nerve to avoid pain.Here is to introduce 6 methods including fluoride,resin desensitizer,bioactive glass,strontium salt,potassium salt,and laser.
