摘　　要：通过对滚塑式户用沼气池罐体在世界以及我国的发展状况的研究,对滚塑式户用沼气池罐体加工装备进行设计,对滚塑式户用沼气池罐体加工过程中的温度进行优化和控制,并根据沼气的成分,选择适合储存沼气的具有高强度、耐腐蚀性质的材料作为加工装备的罐体材料。By reviewing the development of rotational moulding-type household biogas digesters tank in China as well as other countries in the world, the authors designed the processing equipment for the rotational moulding-type household digesters tanks and optimized and controlled the processing temperature. In consideration of the composition of the biogas, the suitable materials with high strength and corrosion resistance for biogas storage was chosen as tank material of processing equipment.
