摘　　要：本设计是一款家用小型洗杯器,其洗杯速度能达到手洗的10倍左右。该洗杯器采用220V交流电源,以电动机带动清洗头,将其插入杯子内部旋转进行洗涤。利用可伸缩两轴嵌套装置,适应不同高度杯子。伸缩轴由空心轴和实心轴两部分组成。通过实心轴与空心轴的间隙配合以及下部分空心轴的重力实现轴的自伸缩。该洗杯器具有洗涤速度快,使用简单方便,工作噪声小,不容易损坏杯子等优点。The design is a small household washing cup device, and the speed of cup washing can be up tol0 times of hand washing. The washing cup device uses a motor to drive the cleaning head with 220v ac power which is inserted into the cup＇s interior to rotate and wash. The retractable two-shaft nested device is used in order to adapt cups with different height. The telescoping shaft is made up of a hollow shaft and a solid shaft. The automatic extension of the shaft can be realized through the clearance fit of the solid shaft and the hollow shaft as well as the gravity of the hollow shaft. The advantages of the washing cup device are speed, simple to use, low noise to work, and not easy to damage cups, etc.
