摘  要:概述了硅钢中常见合金元素的种类,介绍了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱、电感耦合等离子体质谱、辉光放电发射光谱和X-射线荧光光谱几种仪器测定硅钢中合金元素的方法及分析原理,通过应用实例分析,总结了各种仪器分析方法的优缺点,并对硅钢中合金元素的仪器分析方法的手段与方向进行了展望。Some common alloying elements in silicon steel are summarized. Several methods and their principles for determining the content of alloying elements in silicon steel by instruments including Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry, Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry, Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectrometry and X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry are introduced. Based on analysis of actual examples which are taken from silicon steel products, merits and drawbacks on these analytical methods by instruments are discussed and concluded. At last, the means and trend on methods for analyzing alloying elements in silicon steel by instruments are prospected.
