摘　　要：本文以大学为本位,大学活动为对象,居于总体质态视角层递性地对大学公共理性、高深性、专业性、广博性、超越性、主客体两重性6个层面的特性进行蠡测,用学理性的逻辑对其给予解读,通过学理抽象以丰富对大学特性及其关系的认识,使我们能对大学的性质与价值有一个更加宽泛与全面的认识。The paper takes universities as the standard,university activities as the objects,in the perspective of total qualitative state,progressively makes a modest measure on the six characteristics of universities： public rational,advanced,professional,extensive,transcendental,duality of subject and object,and gives interpretation by theoretical logic,and then enriches the understanding about characteristics of universities and the relationships by theoretical Abstract,in order to make us have a more extensive and overall consciousness on the nature and value of universities.
