基于能力本位的公共事业管理专业教改路径选择

摘　　要：发轫于职教领域的能力本位理念,已成为指导当代整个教育改革与发展的新理念。公共事业管理专业面向广泛、岗位对综合素质与能力要求高的现实与其陈旧的教学计划形成较大反差,这一难题亟待破解。本研究借鉴扎根理论方法调研分析了该职业应备能力体系的33个观测点,以此为基础提出激发教学主体的能动性、构建开放式的教学机制、推行研究性的教学方式、倡导发展性的教学评价等"四位一体"的教学改革新路径。Origin from vocational education field,the ability-oriented concept has become the new concept guiding the whole educational reform and development in present time.The profession of public administration faces widely,and there is a big contrast between the reality of high comprehensive quality and ability demanded by the post and old teaching plan,which remains to be solved.The research draws on the grounded theoretical method to analyze 33 observations in the ability system owned by the occupation,and puts forward the ＂Four-in-one＂ new path of teaching reform based on this：motivate the initiative of teaching subject,construct open teaching mechanism,implement research-based teaching method,and advocate developmental teaching evaluation,etc.
