综合性大学环境法学的教学实践与改革

摘　　要：环境法学是法学本科生的一门专业必修课程。本文结合综合性大学环境法的教育目的,从教材选择、教学方法、实践环节、考试方式和评价模式等方面,介绍了近几年来兰州大学环境法教学过程中的一些做法和体会。本着今后申请省级精品课程的新目标,针对现实和理想所存在的差距,对环境法学的教学改革提出设想:即尽快建设和运行网络平台,循序渐进地推进双语教学,多层次多手段地设立教学实习基地和积极有效地开展教学研究。Environmental law is a professional compulsory curriculum for law undergraduates.The paper combines the educational objective of environmental law in comprehensive university,introduces the experience of teaching environmental law at Lanzhou University in recent years from the aspects： the choice of teaching materials,teaching methods,practical link,ways of test,and model of evaluation,etc.With the objective of applying for provincial high-level curriculums in the future,aimed at the difference between reality and ideal,the paper puts forward the assumption for the teaching reform of environmental law： construct and operate the network platform as soon as possible,gradually promote bilingual teaching,set teaching practical base with multi-levels and multi-ways,and effectively carry out research on teaching.
