民国时期大学课程体系与课程实施分析——以燕京大学为个案

摘　　要：课程体系是一所大学培养学生的载体,直接影响到学生的培养质量,关系到学生共性与个性的发展。课程体系的作用需通过课程实施来实现。燕京大学的课程体系采用学分课程体系,其学分分配兼顾各学科领域,文理兼修。在课程的实施上,注重课程的科学管理,将理论学习与课外实践相结合,配置名师授课,并注重课程学习中师生的充分交流,满足了学生的求知欲望,有利于人才培养,为今天大学课程体系的设置与实施提供了有益的借鉴。Curriculum system is a carrier for a university to train students,directly influences the quality of training students,and concerns about students＇ common and individual development.The function of curriculum system is to be realized by curriculum implementation.The curriculum system in Yenching University uses curriculum system with credits which is distributed in considering various disciplinary fields,arts and sciences are both elective.Curriculum implementation focuses on scientific management of curriculum,combines the theoretical learning with practice outside class,allocates famous teachers to teach,and pays attention to the full communication between teachers and students in classroom learning,satisfies students＇ desire of seeking knowledge,helps to train talents,and provides beneficial reference for present universities to set and construct curriculum system.
