摘　　要：目的研究Hsp5B在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及其表达与骨肉瘤淋巴转移的关系,初步探索其作为骨肉瘤淋巴转移及预后判断可能。方法收集骨肉瘤患者的临床资料及肿瘤组织手术标本,采用RT-PCR和Western blot方法检测Hsp5B在骨肉瘤组织表达,Fisher统计分析Hsp5B表达水平与骨肉瘤淋巴转移的关系。结果 RT-PCR和Western blot检测提示Hsp5B mRNA在无淋巴结转移骨肉瘤组织中的表达量明显低于其在有淋巴结转移骨肉瘤组织中的表达量,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高Hsp5B表达与骨肉瘤淋巴结转移明显相关,Hsp5B表达水平可作为骨肉瘤患者淋巴转移判断的标志。Objective To study the expression of Hsp5B in osteosarcoma and its relationship with lymphatic metastasis,and to evaluate the potential of Hsp5B as the marker of lymphatic metastasis of osteosarcoma.Methods Tumor surgical specimens and clinical data of patients with osteosarcoma were collected.The expression of Hsp5B was determined by RT-PCR and Western blot.The relationship of Hsp5B with the lymphatic spread of osteosarcoma was analyzed by Fisher statistical analysis.Results The mRNA and protein expression of Hsp5B in osteosarcoma with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion The high Hsp5B expression was significantly related to the lymph node metastasis of osteosarcoma.Therefore,Hsp5B expression levels can be used as the marker of lymphatic metastasis of osteosarcoma.
