摘　　要：在分析校外实习基地功能的基础上,提出立足西部特色行业,以水为特色的校外实习基地建设思路。校企联合,整合优质资源,大力开展校外实习基地建设,带动环境类专业实践教学环节的"五个转变",增强了大学生实践与创新能力,培养更多符合社会需求的应用型创新人才。According to analyzing the function of the practice bases outside school,a thought of the off-campus internship bases which was based on the characteristic industry of west China and focused on water researches is put forward.To cooperate between colleges and enterprises,integrate the high quality resources,develop vigorously the off-campus internship bases and promote the ＂five changes＂ in the environmental professional practice teaching can enhance the undergraduates＇ practical and innovative capacities to bring up more applied creative talents to meet social requirements.
