摘　　要：河南农业大学动物科学实验中心以建设国家级实验教学示范中心为契机,以培养高素质创新创业人才为目标,构建立体型实践教学平台,改革人才培养模式,创新实验教学方法,强化综合性、设计性、创新性实验项目的开发与应用,完善了管理机制和健全质量保障体系,从而提高学生的综合实践和创新能力,并在多种形式的全国课外科技竞赛中取得优异成绩,毕业生就业实现了"零"适应期,实验中心建设取得了明显的成效,发挥了示范与辐射作用。Taking the opportunity of constructing national experimental teaching center,the laboratory Center of Zoological Science of Henan Agricultural University is focusing on cultivating high-quality talents with innovation,and establishing a flexible practice teaching platform.In the meantime,the talent cultivating mode is reformed,the experimental teaching approaches are renewed,and the development as well as application of experimental projects is strengthened in its comprehensiveness,design and innovation.By perfecting the regulation mechanism and implementing the quality security system,the comprehensive and innovative capacities of the students are improved,which resulted in impressive achievements in various national extracurricular scientific contests.What is worth mentioning,our graduates enjoy a reputation of ＂zero adaptive phase＂ in relative employment.The Center has attained remarkable results,built an excellent model for demonstration,and expanded its influences.
