摘　　要：介绍了一个含草酰胺桥基的配体的合成方法及利用该配体合成出单核配合物单晶的实验方法与表征手段,是一个综合化学新实验。实验结合了科学研究的新成果,知识要点多,学科覆盖面宽,实用性和可操作性强,学生兴趣浓,有利于培养学生的创新能力,内容还可作为开放实验。The synthesis and characterization of a ligand including oxamido bridge and a mononuclear complex based on the ligand are introduced as a new comprehensive chemistry experiment.The experiment is combined with new scientific achievement and includes many points.It can increase students＇ interests and cultivate students＇ innovative abilities.The experiment can be considered as an opening experiment.
